Considering Blog post 370 of the Municipal Code of the Philippines, “a wedded woman can use often of your adopting the: (1) Her maiden first name and you will surname and you may incorporate the woman partner’s surname, or (2) Her maiden first-name and her husband’s surname, or (3) The girl partner’s complete name, but prefixing a word indicating one the woman is their partner, including ‘Mrs.’” You additionally have the option to keep your maiden identity, rather than change your term after all.
